The JY series fully hydraulic core drilling rig from Julong is a drilling rig developed by our company based on the advanced technologies of similar rigs both domestically and internationally.
1. The drilling rig features a five-link mast and can use 2-meter drill rods.
2. The drilling rig features mechanical two-speed transmission with stepless speed adjustment, and its maximum torque can reach 2600 N.m.
3. Driven by an axial piston pump and a swashplate piston motor.
4. Equipped with a power-head lateral translation mechanism, the mast can be raised and lowered using hydraulic cylinders and slid as a whole, enabling drilling within a range of 45° to 90°.

　The JY series fully hydraulic core drilling rig from Julong is a new type of drilling rig developed by our company based on the advanced technologies of similar rigs both domestically and abroad. It is primarily designed for drilling in solid mineral deposits, but can also be used for engineering geology exploration, shallow-depth oil and gas exploration, groundwater exploration, as well as for various engineering applications such as tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting. The drilling rig features full-hydraulic drive; its power head rotation is driven by an axial piston pump and a swashplate piston motor, with mechanical two-speed transmission and stepless speed regulation, boasting an advanced structural design. The power head employs a hydraulic cylinder-chain gear reduction mechanism for feed advancement, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. It is equipped with a lateral shifting mechanism for the power head, and the mast can be raised and lowered hydraulically, allowing for overall sliding movement. This enables the rig to drill boreholes within a range of 45° to 90°. The hydraulic system adopts load-sensing control, delivering high operational efficiency and substantial torque. The rig is fitted with a hydraulic wood clamp holder, hydraulically adjustable leveling legs, and a telescopic mast, facilitating quick and precise positioning of the rig. It is also equipped with a wireless remote-controlled crawler track, making it suitable for a wide variety of terrains. Within a safe operating distance, the crawler movement of the rig can be remotely controlled, effectively preventing sudden hazards.
