3. The all-hydraulic power head offers high speed and stability, with smooth, stepless variable-speed control.
4. The mechanical power head features high torque, high transmission efficiency, and low fuel consumption.

Main features of the drilling rig:

　　The Julong Dual-Drive Drilling Rig is a new type of drilling rig developed by our company based on both fully hydraulic drilling rigs and mechanical top-drive drilling rigs. It is primarily suited for drilling in solid mineral deposits, but can also be used for engineering geology exploration, shallow oil and gas exploration, groundwater drilling, as well as for various engineering boreholes such as tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting.
　　The drilling rig is driven by a dual-power head:
　　1. The fully hydraulic power head’s rotation is driven by an axial piston pump and a swashplate piston motor, featuring mechanical two-speed transmission with stepless speed regulation, and boasts an advanced structural design. It can be used to drill boreholes within a range of 75° to 90°.
　　2. The mechanical top drive power head adopts a 525 transmission originally used in automobiles for drilling rigs, offering sensitive and convenient gear shifting. Its transmission efficiency is twice that of hydraulic transmission, and its power consumption is reduced by 35%, making it more efficient and energy-saving.
　　3. The hydraulic system features load-sensing control, ensuring high work efficiency and substantial torque. The drilling rig is equipped with a hydraulic horse clamp, hydraulically adjustable leveling legs, and a telescopic mast, enabling quick and convenient positioning of the rig. It also comes with a wireless remote-controlled track system, making it suitable for various terrains and allowing precise control of the rig’s movement within a safe distance to prevent sudden hazards.
