The RC reverse-circulation drilling rig is a new-generation, high-efficiency, environmentally friendly, multi-functional crawler-mounted drill rig that employs double-wall drill rods. After the cuttings are discharged through the inner tube, they are collected by a cyclone separator, making it suitable for sampling and analytical work in geological exploration agencies.
This drilling rig is capable of performing reverse-circulation DTH drilling with compressed air in a wide range of geological formations. Equipped with an automated drill-rod changing system, all operations—including mast lifting, mast compensation, drill-rod connection and disconnection, rotary and feed motions, outrigger deployment, hoisting, and travel—are hydraulically powered, significantly reducing labor intensity while enhancing construction efficiency and quality.

2. Low failure rate, compact design, and high torque. The rotary speed can be adjusted to suit different operating conditions, effectively improving the impactor’s penetration rate.
3. The hydraulic system is equipped with a dedicated hydraulic oil cooler to ensure continuous operation of the drilling rig under outdoor high-temperature conditions.
4. The adjustable slide frame allows the drilling rig to be pressed firmly against the working surface during operation via a compensating hydraulic cylinder, thereby enhancing the rig’s structural rigidity and ensuring operational stability.
5. A reliable and efficient air pre-filter system that effectively removes dust from the intake air, is easy to clean and maintain, significantly reduces engine wear, extends service life, enhances operational efficiency, and is well-suited for harsh operating conditions.
