The JULONG JY series fully hydraulic core drilling rig is developed by our company based on the advanced technologies of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad.
1. The drilling rig adopts a fully hydraulic drive mode and can use a 3-meter drill rod.
2. The drilling rig can perform mechanical two-speed and stepless speed regulation, and the maximum torque can reach 2600 N.m.
3. It adopts an axial piston pump and an inclined axis piston motor drive.
4. It is equipped with a power head lateral shifting mechanism. The mast uses a hydraulic cylinder for lifting and can slide as a whole, allowing for drilling within the 45-90° range.

　The JULONG JY series fully hydraulic core drilling rig is a new type of drilling rig developed by our company based on the advanced technologies of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad. It is mainly suitable for drilling in solid ore deposits, and can also be used for engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, groundwater drilling, as well as for mine ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting projects. The drilling rig adopts fully hydraulic drive, with the power head rotation driven by an axial piston pump and an inclined axis piston motor, with two mechanical gears plus stepless speed regulation, and an advanced structure. The power head adopts a hydraulic cylinder chain speed increasing feed mechanism, with stable and reliable movement, and is equipped with a power head lateral shifting mechanism. The mast adopts a hydraulic cylinder lifting mechanism and can slide as a whole, allowing drilling within the 45-90° range. The hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive control, with high work efficiency and large torque. The drilling rig is equipped with a hydraulic chuck, hydraulic leveling support legs, and a telescopic mast, facilitating quick positioning of the drilling rig. It is configured with wireless remote control tracks, suitable for various terrains, allowing control of the drilling rig's movement within a safe distance to prevent accidents.
