Main features of the drilling rig

The QY series water well drilling rig from Julong is a lightweight, highly efficient, and multi-functional drilling equipment. It is primarily designed for drilling water wells, agricultural irrigation wells, and other types of boreholes, and is particularly well-suited for water extraction projects in mountainous areas and rocky geological formations. This drilling rig employs advanced hydraulic technology, featuring a high-torque hydraulic motor for rotation and large-diameter hydraulic cylinders for propulsion and lifting. Equipped with standard alloy drill bits and other drilling tools, it can perform rotary drilling. In hard rock formations, it uses conventional ball-tooth drill bits to carry out impact-rotary drilling at high speeds, enabling rapid hole formation. When used in conjunction with an air compressor and a pneumatic down-the-hole hammer, and paired with casing-drilling tools, it can achieve casing-driven drilling in unstable strata such as gravel and cobblestone formations.
